Our house is yours for as long as you want. We look after everything – we’ll discuss menus with you and suggest fabulous local walks to work up an appetite. And, of course, we do the cooking and washing up as well as servicing your rooms.
During your house party stay, early morning tea followed by a hot bath or invigorating shower with luxury bath oils and fluffy towels and robes will set you up for the day.
You will love our award-winning breakfasts - everything is home -made using the best of local free -range ingredients. We make our
own bread daily, and keep a selection of jams, jellies and chutneys made from our own orchard and hedgerow fruits.
Whether you've spent the day exploring mediæval Ludlow, roaming the byways of North Herefordshire or relaxing in front of a roaring fire you will end the day with a fabulous gourmet dinner in true Pear Tree Farm style.

We are licensed and keep a comprehensive selection of quality wines, champagnes and spirits as well as local beers, ciders and perries. We would be pleased to source any favourites for you.

3 course dinner with cocktail on one night, B&B x 2 nights,
morning and afternoon tea.
Total for 6 guests: £800.00
For house party bookings we require a non-refundable deposit of £150. If cancelled within 28 days of your stay, a further £350 will be required unless we can re-let the house.
