We don’t take credit cards but are happy to accept a personal cheque, cash or payment in Sterling or Euros.

Pear Tree Farm has a Residential Liquor Licence. You are welcome to bring your own; we charge £6/btl corkage.

Rooms will be ready for guests from 3.30pm. If you need to arrive earlier – please let us know so we can make sure that we’re here to let you in.

Afternoon tea is served between 3.30pm and 5.30pm.

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate your pets.

Children - with house party bookings only.

Dinner is served on Friday and Saturday evenings (pre-booked only). House Party dinners may be booked on other nights.

If you would like wine with dinner please let us know in advance so we can make sure it’s at the right temperature.

No smoking anywhere inside the house, please.

Breakfast anytime before 10.00am - usually full English, but if you would like poached haddock, kedgeree, kidneys or anything like that - please give us a day's notice.

On day of departure, please vacate rooms before 11.00am, unless otherwise arranged.

We are not liable for any loss or damage to guests' property, however caused.
