Salmon, smoked haddock and parsley fish cakes with a dill tartare sauce.
Fillet of Rare Breed Pork
‘Berkshire Black’, marinaded in Armagnac and herbs, baked en
papillote and served with a prune and Armagnac jus.
Belle de Boskoop Crumble
A buttery apple crumble using apples from our Victorian trees with
real home-made custard.

We keep a small selection of Wines from around £14 a bottle. You are welcome to bring your own; we charge £6/btl corkage. Below are two of our fine wines:
