Classic Country Cooking

We use fresh, local, free-range ingredients and all of the food is prepared by us. We buy what is best on the day, and fruit and vegetables are from the garden when in season. We are pleased to provide vegetarian, special diet or wheat-free dishes. If you have a particular favourite, just tell us!

Our 3-course dinner is £30.00 per person with cocktail and coffee.  You need to pre-book. We generally serve dinner on Friday and Saturday nights; other nights for parties of 4 or more only.

Our Award Winning Breakfasts

We take our breakfasts very seriously here at Pear Tree Farm - in fact we consistently win awards. Start off with a bowl of cereal or fabulous organic pinhead-oatmeal porridge, local single-variety apple juice, organic yoghurt and seasonal fruit compotes from the garden and hedgerows. Next comes a full English breakfast with locally-sourced free-range sausage, bacon and eggs. We also offer poached smoked haddock, kedgeree and even devilled kidneys to special order (the day before, please!)

We even source our Fair-Trade coffees from a local supplier, and we pride ourselves on our selection of teas and other infusions. Pear Tree Farm bread is Aga toasted, and you can choose from our own conserves, local honey, marmalade and even Gentleman's Relish.  A breakfast fit for royalty - served any time before 10.30!

Dining in Pear Tree Farm style
